\"KinnisvaraportaalOktoobris pakuti <\/strong>portaali KV.EE<\/strong><\/a> kaudu m\u00fc\u00fcgiks 3135 maja. Eelmise aasta s\u00fcgisega v\u00f5rreldes on majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arv v\u00e4henenud 6%. M\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste v\u00e4henemine on viinud majade keskmise pakkumishinna 8-protsendilisele t\u00f5usule. Keskmine majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste ruutmeetrihind oli oktoobris 1056 \u20ac\/m\u00b2.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arv on v\u00e4henenud pea k\u00f5ikides maakondades. Vaid Tartu, Viljandi ja V\u00f5ru maakonnas on aastataguse ajaga v\u00f5rreldes lisandunud \u00fcksikuid majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumisi.<\/p>\n

Seevastu majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste hinnad on valdavalt t\u00f5usus. Majade pakkumiste suurimatest piirkondadest on hinnad aastaga kerkinud Harjumaal 9%, Tartumaal 4% ja P\u00e4rnumaal koguni 12%. Oktoobris olid majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste hinnad portaalis KV.EE<\/a> Harjumaal 1278 \u20ac\/m\u00b2, Tartumaal 952 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 ja P\u00e4rnumaal 893 \u20ac\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n
