Enamuses vaatlusalustes Harjumaa valdades on majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste hinnad kerkinud. See on ka loomulik, sest aktiivse elamispindade turu fookus on k\u00fcll peaasjalikult korterite sektoris, kuid majadegi tehingute arv on t\u00f5usuteel.<\/p>\n
