Aastataguse ajaga v\u00f5rreldes suurenes \u00fc\u00fcripakkumine 16%. T\u00e4helepanu v\u00e4\u00e4rib, et korterite \u00fc\u00fcripakkumine on suurenenud k\u00f5ikides Tallinna linnaosades peale vanalinna. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Siiski ei maksa \u00fc\u00fcripakkumise 16-protsendilisest suurenemisest veel liiga radikaalseid j\u00e4reldusi teha. Kaks aastat tagasi ehk 2015. a septembris oli <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kv.ee\/\">portaalis KV.EE<\/a> Tallinnas pakkumisel 792 korteri \u00fc\u00fcripakkumist ehk t\u00e4navusest veelgi enam.<\/p>\n<p>Tunnetuslikult v\u00f5ib t\u00f5deda, et \u00fc\u00fcripakkumine pigem suureneb ja konkurents \u00fc\u00fcrileandjate vahel muutub tihedamaks. Selles on paljuski s\u00fc\u00fcdi \u00fc\u00fcriinvestorid, kes aktiivselt korterite portfelle suurendavad. \u00dc\u00fcriinvesteeringute tegemise h\u00f5lbustamiseks on turule toodud tooted, kus on omavahel kombineeritud investoritele suunatud korter ja seda t\u00e4iendab \u00fc\u00fcrihalduse teenus.
