Aastaga v\u00e4henes majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arv 15% ja hinnad kasvasid 9%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arvu v\u00e4henemise taga pea k\u00f5ikides Eesti maakondades on paljuski kuulutuste korrastumine ja topeltkuulutuste arvu v\u00e4henemine. Tegelikust majade (v\u00f5i elamispindade) pakkumise v\u00e4henemisest me r\u00e4\u00e4kida ei saa.<\/p>\n<p>Kogu Eesti majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arvust <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kv.ee\/\">portaalis KV.EE<\/a> pea 2\/3 asuvad Harju maakonnas, sh Tallinnas. Harjumaal oli kogu Eesti 2523 maja m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumisest 1649. Harjumaa majade keskmine hind oli jaanuaris 1376 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 ehk aastatagusest 8% enam.<\/p>\n<p>Tallinn ja Harjumaa on Eesti suurimad t\u00f5mbekeskused ja majanduse ning kinnisvaraturu vedurid. Nii j\u00e4rgivad muud piirkonnad kinnisvaraturu arengutes pealinna ja selle \u00fcmbruse eeskuju. Arvestades, et majandus kasvab ja inimestel on t\u00f6\u00f6d ning palka, v\u00f5ib prognoosida majade turu j\u00e4tkuvaid positiivseid arenguid k\u00f5ikjal Eestis, millega k\u00e4ib kaasas
