Maade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste keskmine hind oli 45 \u20ac\/m\u00b2.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Maade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumistest esikolmiku moodustavad Harju, Tartu ja P\u00e4rnu maakonnad, kus kokku 2431 maa m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumisest asub 2026 pakkumist ehk 83%. Harjumaa pakkumiste osakaal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kv.ee\/\">portaalis KV.EE<\/a> on seejuures 1435 ehk pakkumiste koguarvust 59%. See t\u00e4hendab, et Eesti keskmised hinnatrendid m\u00e4\u00e4ravad need kolm maakonda.<\/p>\n<p>Maade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste hinnad liiguvad erisuunaliselt. Harjumaa kui suurima turupiirkonna aastane m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste hinnat\u00f5us oli 16%. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kv.ee\/\">Portaali KV.EE<\/a> 02\/2018 maade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste keskmine hind Harju maakonnas oli 60 \u20ac\/m\u00b2. Tartumaa maade pakkumiste ruutmeetrihinnad langesid aastaga 27 eurolt 24 eurole ehk 11%.
