Neist pakkumistest pisut \u00fcle poole ehk 4910 asusid Tallinna linnas. Kogu Eesti korterite m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste keskmine hind oli 1583 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 ehk 7% aastatagusest enam Sama palju ehk 7% kasvasid aastaga ka Tallinna korterite pakkumishinnad, mis veebruariks j\u00f5udsid tasemele 2125 \u20ac\/m\u00b2.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Korterite pakkumishinnad on t\u00f5usus pea k\u00f5ikides maakonnakeskustes. Vaid P\u00f5lvas ja Narvas on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kv.ee\/\">portaali KV.EE<\/a> hindades n\u00e4ha miinust. P\u00f5lva puhul m\u00e4ngib rolli piirkonna v\u00e4iksus, kus iga korteripakkumine v\u00f5ib keskmist n\u00e4itajat olulisel m\u00e4\u00e4ral k\u00f5igutada. Narva on aga traditsiooniliselt piirkond, kus kinnisvaraturg liigub \u00fcldiste Eesti trendide asemel oma teed m\u00f6\u00f6da.<\/p>\n<p>Suhteliselt \u00fchtlase korterite \u00fcldise hinnat\u00f5usu taga on tehinguhindade kasv. Seda omakorda toetavad \u00fcldine tugev t\u00f6\u00f6turg, kasvavad palgad ja soodsad eluasemelaenude intressim\u00e4\u00e4rad.
