\"KinnisvaraportaalM\u00e4rtsis 2017. a pakuti <\/strong>portaalis KV.EE<\/strong><\/a> m\u00fc\u00fcgiks keskmiselt 9150 korterit hinnaga 1596 \u20ac\/m\u00b2. Korterite m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumise arv on aastaga tulnud 7% allapoole, kuid hinnad kerkinud 6%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Suurem osa ehk 62% portaali KV.EE<\/a> korterite m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumistest asuvad Harju maakonnas. Harju korterite pakkumiste suure arvu taga on eesk\u00e4tt Tallinn kui suurim t\u00f5mbekeskus. Samuti m\u00e4ngib olulist rolli aktiivne korterite arendamine, mis toob igal n\u00e4dalal m\u00fc\u00fcki m\u00f5ne uue suurema v\u00f5i v\u00e4iksema korteriprojekti.<\/p>\n

M\u00fc\u00fcki lisanduvad uued korterid pealinnas ja teistes suuremates t\u00f5mbekeskustes kasvatavad m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste hindu. See omakorda t\u00f5mbab vedurina t\u00f5ususuunda teistegi maakondade hinnatasemed.<\/p>\n

Nii n\u00e4eme portaalis KV.EE<\/a> korterite m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste keskmise hinna t\u00f5usu k\u00f5ikides maakondades peale P\u00f5lvamaa. P\u00f5lvamaal k\u00fcsitakse korterite ruutmeetri eest portaalis KV.EE<\/a> keskmiselt 461 \u20ac\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n
