Majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste keskmine hind oli 1547 \u20ac\/m2. Aastataguse ajaga v\u00f5rreldes on majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumisi j\u00e4\u00e4nud 4% v\u00e4hemaks, nende hind aga kasvanud 4%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste hinnat\u00f5usu taga on j\u00e4tkuvalt aktiivne ehk k\u00f5rge tehingute arvuga elamispindade turg. Tallinna 4% hinnat\u00f5usu j\u00e4\u00e4b oluliselt alla viimasele statistikaameti teatatud palgat\u00f5usun\u00e4itajale, mis oli 7,5%.<\/p>\n<p>Seega ei peaks pakkumishindade ehk kinnisvaram\u00fc\u00fcjate hinnaootuse n\u00e4itaja kasvu sugugi k\u00f5rgeks pidama. Seda enam, et sarnases suurusj\u00e4rgus on elamispindade pakkumishindade muutus <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kv.ee\/\">portaalis KV.EE<\/a> olnud juba m\u00f5nda aega.<\/p>\n<p>Pakkumiste arvu kiiret kasvu majade segmendis kartma ei peaks.
