Pakkumisel olevate korterite hind aga kerkis sama ajaga 9% v\u00f5rra.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tallinnas asub kogu Eesti korteripakkumisest pisut \u00fcle poole ehk 6129 ostjat otsivat korterit. Tallinnas v\u00f5rreldes aastatagusega kasvas nii korterite pakkumine (2%) kui korterite eest k\u00fcsitav hind (5%).<\/p>\n<p>Tallinna kogu Eesti keskmisest v\u00e4iksem korterite hinnat\u00f5us t\u00e4hendab, et hinnat\u00f5us pidi muudes Eesti piirkondades olema keskmisest k\u00f5rgem. Vaid \u00fcksikutes maakonnakeskustes oli <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kv.ee\/\">portaalis KV.EE<\/a> korterite pakkumishind 02\/2019 allpool aastatagust taset. Neilgi juhtudel ei saa enamasti r\u00e4\u00e4kida, et kinnisvara v\u00e4\u00e4rtus oleks langenud. Pigem oli tegemist m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumises olevate korterite struktuuri (nt nende kvaliteedi, asukoha) erinevustega.<\/p>\n<p>Suurematest t\u00f5mbekeskustest kaugemal asuvate piirkondade kasvavad
