Aastataguse ajaga v\u00f5rreldes on majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumisi <\/strong>portaalis KV.EE<\/strong><\/a> j\u00e4\u00e4nud veerandi v\u00f5rra v\u00e4hemaks. K\u00fcll on m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste hind kerkinud 9%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste hind on kasvanud k\u00f5ikides Eesti maakondades, enamus maakondades lausa kahekohalise protsendim\u00e4\u00e4ra v\u00f5rra. Ainus erand on Valga maakond, kus portaali KV.EE<\/a> k\u00e4esoleva aasta augustikuine majade keskmine m\u00fc\u00fcgihind 457 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 on eelmisest aastast 20% allpool.<\/p>\n

Majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste hinna kerkimise taga on \u00fcldine kinnisvaraturu olukord. Majandus on koroonast taastunud ja kasvab j\u00f5udsalt. Majanduskasvu toel t\u00f6\u00f6h\u00f5ive suureneb, palgad kasvavad, pangad annavad lahkelt laenu. Lisaks on m\u00e4ngu tulnud kartus inflatsiooni ees.<\/p>\n

Need tegurid suunavad inimesi elamispindade turule. Kartus on, et kes t\u00e4na ostu tegemata j\u00e4tab, peab homme juba rohkem maksma. Suur ostuhuvi ongi tegur, mis hindu \u00fcles ajab.<\/p>\n
