\"Kinnisvaraportaal2023.\u00a0 a m\u00e4rtsis pakuti <\/strong>kinnisvaraportaali KV.EE<\/strong><\/a> vahendusel \u00fcle Eesti m\u00fc\u00fcgiks 1178 maat\u00fckki keskmise hinnaga 69 \u20ac\/m\u00b2. Aastataguse ajaga v\u00f5rreldes on maade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arv suurenenud 16% v\u00f5rra. M\u00fc\u00fcgihinnad on aga j\u00e4\u00e4nud eelmise aastaga v\u00f5rreldes samale tasemele.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00dcle poole maade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumistest ehk 631 pakkumist ehk 54% pakkumiste koguarvust asuvad Harju maakonnas. Harju maakonna m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumisi tuli aastaga juurde 15% ja nende hind j\u00e4i enam-v\u00e4hem eelmise aasta tasemele. Kui mullu k\u00fcsiti kinnisvaraportaalis KV.EE<\/a> Harjumaa maam\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumises hinda keskmiselt 102 \u20ac\/m\u00b2, siis t\u00e4navu \u00fche euro v\u00f5rra v\u00e4hem ehk 101 \u20ac\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

Tallinna linnas paiknevate maade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste hind kinnisvaraportaalis KV.EE<\/a> on aga allapoole tulnud isegi 12% v\u00f5rra. Aasta tagasi oli maam\u00fc\u00fcjate soov 280 \u20ac\/m\u00b2. T\u00e4navu piirduvad Tallinna maade m\u00fc\u00fcjad keskmise hinnasildiga 247 \u20ac\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n
