\"KinnisvaraportaalKinnisvaraportaali KV.EE<\/strong><\/a> kaudu oli 08.2024 aktiivses pakkumises 3423 maat\u00fckki. Aastatagusega v\u00f5rreldes on maade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arv suurenenud 7%. Maade eest k\u00fcsitav aastatagune hind 34 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 on langenud k\u00e4esolevaks aastaks 33 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 peale ehk 3%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maakonna maade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arvu kasv portaalis KV.EE<\/a> ei t\u00e4henda selgelt, et pakkumiste hinnad peaksid allapoole tulema, ega ka vastupidi.<\/p>\n

Maade turg on nagu majanduskeskkond ja kinnisvaraturg tervikunagi ebakindlad. Pakkumise poolel on m\u00fc\u00fcgihuvilisi palju ja hinnad v\u00f5ivad n\u00e4iliselt k\u00fcll kerkida, kuid tehingud tehakse enamasti allahindluste toel. \u00dcksikute tehingute hinnad v\u00f5ivad k\u00fcll k\u00f5ikuda nii \u00fcles kui alla ja seda isegi olulisel m\u00e4\u00e4ral, kuid turu keskmine hinnatase ei taha kuidagi allapoole painduda.<\/p>\n

Ostjatel pole kuhugi kiiret. Ostuotsuseid kaalutakse ja anal\u00fc\u00fcsitakse p\u00f5hjalikult. V\u00f5imalusel kaalutakse erinevaid pakkumisi.<\/p>\n
