\"KinnisvaraportaalSeptembris pakuti <\/strong>portaalis KV.EE<\/strong><\/a> m\u00fc\u00fcgiks 13\u00a0229 korterit Eestis. Aastataguse ajaga v\u00f5rreldes kasvas korterite m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arv 30% v\u00f5rra. Korterite keskmine pakkumishind oli septembris 2024. a 2616 \u20ac\/m\u00b2, mis on eelmise aasta hinnast 2595 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 \u00fche protsendi v\u00f5rra enam.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Korteripakkumiste arv on olulisel m\u00e4\u00e4ral ehk kahekohalise protsendim\u00e4\u00e4ra v\u00f5rra kerkinud k\u00f5ikides Eesti maakondades. Ainsad erandid on Hiiumaa ja Valgamaa. M\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arvu m\u00e4rgatav suurenemine portaalis KV.EE<\/a> v\u00f5iks t\u00e4hendada olulist hinnasurvet kui mitte hindade langust.<\/p>\n

Korterite m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste keskmine hind portaalis KV.EE<\/a> on enamikus maakondades siiski \u00fclespoole l\u00e4inud. Viieteistk\u00fcmnest maakonnast neljas ehk Harjumaal, P\u00f5lvamaal, Raplamaal ja Valgamaal on t\u00e4navu septembris k\u00fcsitav hind aastatagusega v\u00f5rreldes langenud.<\/p>\n

Harjumaa on pakkumiste poolest Eesti suurim piirkond, kus asub 58% korterite m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste koguarvust. Harjumaa korterite pakkumishind portaalis KV.EE<\/a> langes aastataguse 3309 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 pealt t\u00e4navuseks 3291 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 peale ehk 1% v\u00f5rra.<\/p>\n
