Portaali KV.EE<\/strong><\/a> andmetel pakuti mai kuus Eestis m\u00fc\u00fcgiks 5377 maja. Aastaga on majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arv v\u00e4henenud 13%. Majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste keskmine hind on sama ajaga kasvanud 9%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumisi on aastataguse ajaga j\u00e4\u00e4nud v\u00e4hemaks pea k\u00f5ikides maakondades. Ainsad erandid on Ida-Viru ja Tartu maakonnas, kus portaali KV.EE<\/a> andmetel on majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arv siiski kerkinud.<\/p>\n

Majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arvu v\u00e4henemine peegeldab aasta tagasi korteriturul toimunut, kus pakkumiste arv hakkas kokku t\u00f5mbuma. See andis kinnisvaram\u00fc\u00fcjatele v\u00f5imaluse hindu kergitada. T\u00e4na on maade ja majade turg selle raja alguses. On keeruline uskuda, et l\u00e4hemate kvartalite jooksul majade hinnad t\u00f5usu ei j\u00e4tka.<\/p>\n
