\"Portaal<\/a>Portaali KV.EE<\/a> andmetel pakuti 11\/2014 Eestis m\u00fc\u00fcgiks 4999 maja. Aastaga on majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arv kerkinud 2%. Majade m\u00fc\u00fcjad ootavad aga aastatagusest 12% k\u00f5rgemat hinda.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Harjumaal kui turu suurimas piirkonnas, kus asub \u00fcle poole majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumistest on pakkumisi aastaga lisandunud 4%. Harjumaa majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste keskmine hind on portaali KV.EE<\/a> andmetel sama ajaga t\u00f5usnud 10% v\u00f5rra.<\/p>\n

Suurim m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arvu t\u00f5us on Ida-Virumaal, kus t\u00e4navu novembris pakuti m\u00fc\u00fcgiks 240 maja ehk aastatagusest 50% rohkem. K\u00f5ige enam kahanes majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumine Valgamaal, kus mulluse 199 maja asemel pakuti t\u00e4navu novembris m\u00fc\u00fcgiks 112 maja.<\/p>\n

Kui majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arv portaalis KV.EE<\/a> on enamuses maakondades v\u00e4henenud ja osades suurenenud, siis pakkumiste hinnad on kasvanud k\u00f5ikides maakondades.<\/p>\n
