\"PortaalPortaali KV.EE<\/strong><\/a> andmetel pakuti m\u00e4rtsi kuus Eestis m\u00fc\u00fcgiks 17\u00a0407 korterit. Korteripakkumiste arv on aastaga kasvanud 16%, korterite pakkumishind 12%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Korterite m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumistest \u00fcle poole ehk 56% asub Harjumaal. Harjumaal pakuti m\u00e4rtsis m\u00fc\u00fcgiks 9753 korterit keskmise hinnaga 1338 \u20ac\/m\u00b2. Harjumaa korterite m\u00fc\u00fcgikuulutusi oli m\u00e4rtsis portaalis KV.EE aastatagusest 20%, nende hinnatase oli mullusest m\u00e4rtsist 6% k\u00f5rgemal.<\/p>\n

Korterite m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste keskmine hind on eranditult k\u00f5ikides maakondades aastatagusest k\u00f5rgemal. Suurim oli portaali KV.EE andmetel hinnat\u00f5us Raplamaal, kus 519 euroni kerkinud ruutmeetrihind \u00fcletab aastatagust 33%.<\/p>\n

Suurest hinnat\u00f5usust ei tasu liigsesse vaimustusse sattuda, sest pakkumiste tagasihoidlik arv tekitab hindades ajutisi h\u00fcppeid, mis \u00fcsnagi t\u00f5en\u00e4oliselt j\u00e4rgmise \u00fclevaate koostamisel on kadunud.<\/p>\n

Eriti hoolega tasub silmas pidada Tartumaad ja Tartu linna. Tartumaa korteripakkumiste arv on portaali KV.EE andmetel aastatagusest 50% k\u00f5rgemal. Tartu linnas on pakkumisi mullusest 55% enam.<\/p>\n

Saabunud kevad toob \u00fcha l\u00e4hemale \u00f5ppeperioodi l\u00f5pu ja paljude tudengite Tartust lahkumise. See t\u00e4henda, et n\u00f5udlus v\u00e4heneb. N\u00f5udluse v\u00e4henemine kasvava pakkumise tingimustes avaldab j\u00e4rjest suuremat survet kinnisvarahindadele.<\/p>\n
