\"PortaalPortaali KV.EE<\/strong><\/a> andmetel oli aprilli kuus Tallinnas pakkumisel 1271 maja. Majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste keskmine hind oli 1333 \u20ac\/m\u00b2, mis on aastatagusest 8% enam. Majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arv on aastaga kasvanud 10%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Suurima majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arvuga linnaosas Pirital on majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumisi aastaga juurde tulnud veerandi v\u00f5rra. 2015. a. aprillis pakuti Pirital m\u00fc\u00fcgiks 317 maja. Pirita majade pakkumishind oli portaali KV.EE<\/a> andmetel aprillis 1596 \u20ac\/m\u00b2, mis on m\u00f5ni euro aastatagusest v\u00e4hem.<\/p>\n

Pakkumiste poolest j\u00e4rgmine Tallinna linnaosa on N\u00f5mme. N\u00f5mmel oli portaalis KV.EE<\/a> aprillis 259 majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumist keskmise hinnaga 1403 \u20ac\/m\u00b2. N\u00f5mme majade m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste arv v\u00e4henes aastaga 6%, m\u00fc\u00fcgipakkumiste keskmine hind p\u00fcsis praktiliselt eelmise aasta tasemel.<\/p>\n
